Jun 14, 2019 - T&B Media Global, an IP management and entertainment financing company led by Dr. Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp, along with SMG Pictures and WingsMedia, held a press conference to announce their collaboration with SMG Pictures & WingsMedia under the Oriental Pearl Group, a subsidiary of Shanghai Media Group and one of the biggest companies in China’s Entertainment industry.
The two companies announced their partnership and provided a sneak peak at the portfolio of globally targeted projects including: two animated feature films “Arthur and the 7 Chicks” and “Silk Road,” an adventure reality TV series “Snapventure,” as well as the upcoming live-action rom-com film “Start It Up.” The collaboration will strengthen the reach of T&B, SMG Pictures and WingsMedia into key countries in Southeast Asia.
SMG is among the top five largest media companies in China. They are well known for adapting the novel “My Sunshine” for Chinese television, creating the modern crime drama “Love Me If You Dare” and the online phenomenon, “Oh My General,” a period rom-com web series.
